All cancelations are acceptable and free before the item is shipped out.  Once the item has been shipped, you will be charged for the shipment to you and the return of the product.  If item has not yet been shipped, there is no restocking fee.

Returns are allowable if wig is in its original package and evidently unused.  If in original package, unused and not tampered with showing usage, a full refund or exchange excluding shipping fees both ways is honored.  This is providing hair is sent back within 7 days from receipt of it.  After that peroid, though we will try to work with you to keep you a smiling customer, there are no guarantees.  Please check your product when you recieve it to make sure it is satisfactory for you.  

Packages will not be accepted unless you make contact with us and get return authorization.  The return address shall be provided at that time.  Please send us tracking number so we can recieve your package and either credit your account or replace your item.
